My Story

I'm Tushar, a passionate Full Stack Engineer specializing in the MERN stack. I thrive on solving complex problems and crafting robust, scalable web applications from the ground up.

My goal is to engineer powerful, intelligent applications by combining strong backend development with modern GenAI technologies. I focus on clean architecture, secure APIs, optimized performance, and seamless product experiences—while continuously improving through self-learning and real-world projects.

Full Stack Developer

Siox Global, LLC. (Remote)

  • Developed and scaled a centralized enterprise platform to manage multiple business verticals, including Hospitality, SaaS, and BPO operations, enabling unified data visibility and operational control.
  • Built the Hospitality module with dashboards, reporting systems, and performance analytics (revenue, occupancy, disputes), along with bulk data upload capabilities for streamlined daily reporting.
  • Designed and implemented the SaaS module, managing customer–subscription lifecycles, billing cycles, and payment tracking, with insights such as MRR, ARR, and cohort-based analytics.
  • Integrated third-party APIs to aggregate organizational data, including employee attendance systems and communication platforms, ensuring real-time and consistent data flow.
  • Engineered the BPO module by integrating call data systems, enabling automated KPI tracking for agents and campaigns, along with near real-time status monitoring.
  • Developed internal management features such as asset tracking and holding systems, ensuring structured data management and traceability across organizational resources.
  • Implemented secure and scalable backend logic, API layers, and data models using modern technologies like Next.js, Prisma, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
  • Independently handled end-to-end feature development, from planning to deployment, ensuring performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code architecture.

  • Architected and developed VRetail, a full-stack invoice and inventory management web app, improving operational efficiency across vendor, employee, and analytics workflows.
  • Engineered core modules — Vendor, Invoice, Purchase Order, and Inventory — including API design, database schema modelling, and frontend integration using React and Node.js.
  • Implemented JWT authentication, role-based access control, and secure CRUD operations to protect admin and user data
  • Optimised RESTful APIs with MongoDB and Express for smoother invoice processing and faster response times.
  • Collaborated on system planning and architecture decisions; later led independent feature delivery, maintaining the project single-handedly post-deployment.
  • Built VRetail Admin, an internal management dashboard for merchants and support staff — fully responsible for backend logic, API layer, and access control.
  • Developed a static product website using Next.js, focused on SEO performance, responsiveness, and scalability for future app integration
