• Developed and continuously enhanced a centralized enterprise platform managing multiple business verticals—including Hospitality, SaaS, BPO, IT, and Freight Operations— delivering new features, production improvements, and scalable solutions to support evolving business requirements.
• Designed and delivered the SaaS module, including Dashboard, Client Engagement, Sales Leads, Password Manager (encrypted credential storage, role-based access control, reminder workflows), Demo Booking, and completed Customers, Subscriptions, Sales KPI, and Metrics Dashboard features.
• Built and maintained the IT module, implementing employee onboarding/offboarding workflows, asset request management, ticketing system enhancements, deleted asset recovery, and production improvements across asset management.
• Developed end-to-end productivity and workforce management features, including EOD Reports, Team EOD, while enhancing Tasks, Task Board, My Day, Overview, Ventures, Policies, and Employee Hub to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Integrated third-party services including RingCentral and Keka HRIS, implemented scheduled cron jobs, automated email workflows, and contributed to API design, database modeling, deployment support, and production issue resolution using Next.js, React, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Supabase.
• Implemented and enhanced Admin capabilities, including Job Roles, Departments, Gamification, Mail Configuration, Users, Offices, Ventures, Preferences, Activity Logs, and Feedback, improving platform administration and organizational management.
• Extended the Holdings module by completing pending workflows, enhancing financial and asset visibility, and resolving production issues to improve operational reliability.
• Delivered key Freight Operations features, including Missed Logs, Freight KPI, Operations Dashboard (integrated with Keka), and stabilized the Feedback module through performance improvements and defect resolution.
• Improved Hospitality reporting by implementing timezone-aware submission logic, optimizing reporting formulas, enabling bulk report uploads, and enhancing reporting accuracy across business operations.
